You can download the Microsoft Remote Desktop client app for free from the Apple App Store. This client will be used to connect to the full remote desktop as well as the hosted applications.

Launch the Microsoft Remote Desktop and select New

Enter a friendly name in the Connection name field

Enter the server name exactly as provided to you by email.

Enter the user name and password also provided to you by email.

Next click the drop-down arrows next to the Gateway and select Add gateway

Enter a friendly name for the Gateway name then add the Server name:

rdgw.yourofficeanywhere.co.uk

Then also add in the user name and password used previously.

Once the gateway is added you will need just select it from the Gateway drop down list.

The new remote desktop will be displayed under the My Desktop heading.

Double click this to launch the Hosted Desktop.

All the applications available on the demo are displayed on the desktop and can be launched as needed.
